Subclause 21 is added to clause 48 in the following wording: “21) for pheasant as sneaking or ambush hunt or with a pointer, from 1 October to 28 February.”. Subclause 48(4) is amended to read as follows: “4) for fox and raccoon dog as decoy, ambush or sneaking hunt all the year round; as burrow hunt and with a hunting dog, from 1 October to 28 February.”.
