Resumen

The purpose of this regulation is to lay down measures that support and promote the use of renewable energy produced from renewable sources such as sun and wind. Further the regulation lays down rules of procedure for the selection of projects that will benefit from such measures. The projects selection will be carried out through an open, transparent, non-discriminatory competing process that offers credibility and fairness. The supporting measures include: guaranteed purchase of the produced renewable energy for a maximum of 15 years in accordance with the contract terms and conditions, transfer the immovable property administered by the contracting authority at the disposal of the implementing company for the project cycle, and guaranteed usage of the distribution network. The regulation is composed of the following chapters: I- General provisions, II- Selection of the winning proposal, and III- Bid assessment, negotiation and contract signing.
