It consists of twelve sections: Scope of regulation (1); Methods for determination of emissions (2); Determination of emissions of volatile organic compounds emitted into the ambient air upon inhalation of uninsulated containers during storage of petroleum products and shale oil (3); Determination of emissions of volatile organic compounds emitted into the ambient air during loading of petroleum products and shale oil (4); Determination of emissions of volatile organic compounds emitted into the ambient air during loading of petroleum products and shale oil into tankers, tankers and railway tanks (5); Determination of emissions of volatile organic compounds emitted into the ambient air during loading of petrol and diesel fuel into service station tanks and breathing of service station tanks (6); Determination of emissions of volatile organic compounds emitted into the ambient air during refueling of vehicles (7); Determination of emissions of aromatic hydrocarbons into ambient air during loading of petroleum products and shale oil and respiration of uninsulated containers (8); Determination of emissions of hydrogen sulphide and methyl mercaptan into ambient air during loading of heavy fuel oil and shale oil (9); Determination of emissions of hydrogen sulphide and methyl mercaptan into the ambient air upon inhalation of uninsulated containers during storage of heavy fuel oil and shale oil (10); Implementation of regulation (11); and Repeal of regulation (12).
