The Regulation determines the requirements to the planning, development rules and standards for the Black Sea coastal area. The municipalities, which are in the territory of the coastal area, are listed in Annex 1. The coastal area includes also the areas of existing and prospective water use and the sanitary belt. The Regulation sets forth rules of coastal zoning and gives a framework for development plans, determines different development regimes and foresees sanctions for offences.
