This Regulation is obligatory for all forestry institutions and timber enterprises. The Regulation is composed of 9 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 establishes the modalities and the forms of accountability. Section 3 fixes the modalities of allotment of copsewood. Section 4 establishes the allotment of timber for logging and its inventory. Section 5 sets up the taxation of copsewood in relation to the surface. Section 6 fixes the taxation of copsewood in relation to the number of the trees (tree-stumps) and in relation to the number of logs. Section 7 deals with the valuation of copsewood. Section 8 regards the requirements of the precision and quality control of the allotment and the taxation of copsewood. Section 9 specifies the documentation regarding copsewood stock.
