The conservation objective of a protected area is to protect, preserve and restore valuable forest communities; to preserve the characteristic landscape of the region; to protect the habitats of protected species; and to protect the mountain town. The area of a protected area belongs to the Alliku special protection zone according to the specifics of the protection regime and the degree of restriction of economic activities.
