Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation defines the necessary conditions for the correct implementation of the measures M08 "Investments in the development of forest areas and improvement of the sustainability of forests", including its sub-measure 8.5. "Support for investment in improving the resilience and environmental value of forest ecosystems" all part of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020, and also in full accordance with the provisions contained in articles 21 and 25 of the Regulation (EU) no. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005; and with the article 35 of the Commission Regulation (EU) no. 702/2014 of 25 June 2014 on declaring certain categories of state aid in the agriculture and forestry and in rural areas compatible with the internal market in application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
