This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Resumen

This Regulation hereby establishes the necessary measures for early detection, diagnosis, prevention of spreading, suppression and eradication of infectious disease such as classical swine fever, including the techniques for the effective implementation and respect of the stipulated rules, also in terms of veterinary-sanitary issues, zoning, vaccination, and other relevant provisions (animal health, swine disease).
