Resumen This Regulation prescribes all necessary and specific rules and standards aimed to provide full compliance with hygiene and other requirements also implemented by various Council Directives and particularly focused on: a) the collection of information during inspections carried out by the competent authorities; b) the reporting of all necessary information to the Commission and its responsible bodies.
