Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation amends certain provisions of article 5 and 7 of the Regulation on the manner, conditions, and procedures for determining and keeping records on the names and designations of ships and yachts (Official Gazette 9/2005).
