This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the form and content of the application for granting plant breeders right and on the documents that are necessary for such request, as well as on the quantity and manner of submitting samples of propagating material of each variety (Official Gazette 82/2009).
