Entry into force notes

The Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Offcial Journal.

Resumen

This Regulation amends Clause (a) and (ğ) of the Article. 3 by changing the definion of the Ministry and the General Directorate as: ‘ a) Ministry: Food, Agriculture and Livestock.’ , ‘ğ) General Directorate: General Directorate of Plant Production.’ The Regulation further amends Article. 22 by changing the phrase ‘Agriculture and Rural Affairs’ into ‘Food, Agriculture and Livestock’. The Regulation further makes changes in Annex. 1, Annex. 6, Annex. 8 and Annex. 9 of the Regulation on the certification and marketing of cereal seed.
