This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 6 august 2021).
Resumen

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the amount of compensation and on the manner of distribution of funds for performed veterinary-health examinations and controls on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 51/2011, and already amended in Gazettes 55/2012 and 5/2016). Changes are regarding the contents of article 27 (paragraph 2) that is here cancelled; article 28 which now states that the director of the veterinary organization is obliged to submit a monthly statement to the Federal Ministry about amounts of fees for performed veterinary-health care reviews no later than the 10th of the month for the past month (as indicated in the Form n.3-part of the Annex which is also here amended and included).
