Resumen This Regional Legislative Decree is composed of five Chapters divided in 38 articles and three annexes. It creates the Natural Park “Ilha de Santa Maria”, integrating several protected areas in Santa Maria Island. The Decree defines its borders and provides a new classification for all the protected areas therein comprised. Finally, it regulates the Park’s management and administration structure.
