Resumen This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency. It establishes plenary powers of regional state bodies in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency. State support in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency shall be performed in the following forms: (a) improvement of investment attraction of the region; (b) promotion of energy servicing contracts; (c) promotion of utilization of energy saving equipment; (d) high energy efficiency of residential edifices.
