Entry into force notes

This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.

Resumen

This Regional Law lays down fundamental principles of state support of agricultural development financed by the regional budget with a view of improvement efficiency of agricultural sector, formation of sustainable agrofood market and meeting the demand of the population for foodstuffs. State support can be granted to the following categories: (a) producers of agricultural commodities; and (b) agricultural servicing organizations operating in the field of artificial insemination of livestock and procurement of pedigree livestock; acceptance, storage and processing of agricultural commodities and raw materials; and equipment and material procurement, assistance and servicing of agricultural producers. State support shall be granted in the following forms: (a) access to credits; (b) insurance of agricultural risks; (c) extension; (d) transfer of public finances; and (e) preferential terms for taxation.
