Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Resumen

This Regional law shall be applicable to green plantations and, in particular, to recreational forests, urban forests, shrubbery, landscape green plantations and forest parks. Compensation greening shall be intended artificial and natural reproduction of plant species, including tree species and shrubbery species, and also urban afforestation and reforestation (art. 3). Natural and legal persons shall be granted the following rights: (a) use of green plantations for cultural, educational, recreational purposes, sport and tourism; (b) participation in public discussions on issues related to protection of green plantations; and (c) submittal to public administration of complaints and proposals related protection of green plantations (art. 8). General registration of plant species and plantations shall be carried out at least once in 10 years, the data shall be inserted in the state register of plant species and plantations and shall be made accessible to public within six month after the completion of registration procedure (art. 10). Planting of green plantations shall include: (a) selection of plots of land destined for planting; (b) purchase and growing of planting material; and (c) planting (art. 12).
