Resumen This Regional Law establishes that persons in need of timber for individual personal needs must submit application to the authorized state regional forest institution for timber destined for the following purposes: (a) construction; (b) heating; and (c) for other individual personal needs. In the application citizens must specify the exact purpose and the requested amount. The authorized institution shall make decision within 15 working days since submittal of the application. In accordance with the aforesaid decision the authorized institution shall conclude with the citizen contract for purchase and sale of forest species. Rates of allotment of timber shall be established as follows: (a) for housing construction – 300 cubic metres once in 25 years; (b) for heating 0,4 cubic metres per 1 cubic metre of total area once a year; and (c) for other individual personal needs up to 10 cubic metres once a year per each owner of an edifice.
