Resumen This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of hunting management. Hunting grounds shall comprise land areas, except for protected areas, authorized for hunting management (Art. 2). Art. 9 lists species subject to commercial hunting. Birds subject to hunting, that are not envisaged by the federal legislation, shall be Eurasian rook (Corvus frugilegus) and hooded crow (Corvus cornix) (Art. 10). Hunting permits shall be distributed among hunters by the authorized state wildlife institution with the consideration of capacity of hunting grounds (Art. 11). Regional administration can impose hunting restriction applicable either to common use hunting grounds or to allotted hunting grounds (Art. 13). Hunting management contracts shall be concluded by the regional administration with the winners of auction (Art. 15).
