The Regional Law enters into force from the date of its official publication.
Resumen

This Regional Law was elaborated for the purpose of ensuring continuous, inexhaustible and rational use of forest in order to meet the demand of the national economy and population of the Moscow Region as regards forest resources, conservation of environmental, water protection, protective and other functions of forest and observance of scientifically grounded rate of utilization of forest resources. The Regional Law consists of 3 Chapters composed of 12 articles. Chapter 1 (art. 1) lays down the general provisions. Chapter 2 (arts. 2-8) regards the modalities of utilization of the plots of forest area pertaining to the stock of forest for procurement of secondary forest resources and carrying out collateral use of forest resources. Chapter 3 (arts. 9-12) regards revenues for the use of the plots of forest area for the purpose of procurement of secondary forest resources and carrying out collateral use of forest resources.
