Regional Law No. 335 “On subsoil management”.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to regulate relations in the sphere of subsoil management of subsoil parcels containing widespread minerals. Competent regional institution in the sphere of subsoil management shall have the following plenary powers: (a) concession of subsoil parcels; (b) issuance and registration of exploration and mining licences; (c) state supervision over geological exploration of subsoil; (d) assessment of mineral deposits; and (e) organization and realization of tenders for concession of subsoil parcels for subsoil management. Land and other natural objects disturbed in the process of subsoil management must be brought to usable state.
