Resumen This Regional law establishes the modalities of procurement by citizens of non-timber forest resources, edible non-timber forest resources and medicinal plants for individual personal needs and rules of forest management for hunting. Procurement of non-timber resources in protected areas and protection forests shall be prohibited. In the process of procurement of edible non-timber forest resources citizens must observe forest fire prevention rules and regulations, and also afforestation and reforestation requirements. Picking of berries shall be carried out manually. Procurement of forestry seeds shall be carried out at the ripening stage. Hunting management on forest parcels shall be carried out as a form entrepreneurial activity by legal persona and individual entrepreneurs. Hunting managers shall be authorized: (a) to carry out biotechnical arrangements; (b) procure arboreal and branch fodder; and (c) to keep wild fauna species for captive breeding.
