Resumen The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure the reproduction of fertility of agricultural land in the process of performing economic activities. It establishes legal framework for state regulation of agricultural land fertility, state support for restoration and reproduction of agricultural land fertility. Agricultural land fertility shall be ensured by: (a) rules for the rational use of agricultural land, as well as the procedure for keeping and issuing soil quality certificate for land plot approved by the Regional Government; and (b) standards for the fertility of agricultural land and environmental security regime approved by the authorized regional executive body in the field of ensuring agricultural land fertility. Soil quality certificate is an official document attesting the state of fertility of a plot of land. Regional state programs define complex measures to ensure the fertility of agricultural land, forms of state support for restoration and reproduction of agricultural land fertility.
