Regional Law No. 135-Z “On modalities and rates of timber extraction by citizens for individual personal needs”.

This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right for timber extraction of forest species for individual personal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species growing in public forest. Rates of timber extraction shall be established as follows: (a) for individual housing construction – up to 75 cubic metres once in fifty years; (b) for repairs and reconstruction of housing facilities – up to 20 cubic metres once in twenty years per family; (c) fuelwood for heating – up to 10 cubic metres annually; (d) for construction of household outbuildings - up to 20 cubic metres of timber once in ten years for other individual personal needs.
