This Regional Law authorizes commercial hunting of the following wild fauna species: (a) hoofed animals – wild reindeer, elk, mountain sheep; (b) brown bear; (c) fur-bearing animals - wolf, fox, wolverine, sable, weasel, ermine, American mink, white hare, Bering gopher, Asian chipmunk, common squirrel; and (c) birds – white-fronted goose, bean goose, wild duck, common teal, garganey teal, European wigeon, common pintail, common shoveler, tufted duck, greater scaup duck, harlequin duck, long-tailed duck, common goldeneye, white-winged velvet scoter, Mergus serrator, goosander, white grouse, rock ptarmigan, black-billed capercaillie, hazel grouse, black-bellied plover, common ringed plover, European turnstone, common greenshank, grey-tailed tattler, Terek sandpiper, ruff, European snipe, whimbrel, black-tailed godwit and bar-tailed godwit.
