Entry into force notes

This Law, declared as urgent matters, enters into force on the day following its publication in the Regional Official Gazette.

Resumen

This Regional Law prescribes several rules regarding the necessary protection of wildlife according to the methods of rational planning of the use of territory and of natural resources, including the issues on the discipline of hunting activities (season, local traditions) in relation to the environmental balance (compliance with the principles and norms established by the Law 11 February 1992, n. 157 on the Community Directives and International Conventions).
