Regional Decree No. 87-P validating Model regulations on protected areas.

This Regional Decree validates Model regulations on regional state biosphere reserves, nature monuments and the form of preservation order related to nature monuments. Nature monuments of regional significance shall be considered unique natural objects and complexes that are valuable from ecological, scientific, historical and cultural, aesthetic, educational point of view, of natural and artificial origin that need particular protection by the state. The scope of declaration of natural objects and complexes nature monuments shall be conservation thereof in their natural state. Declaration of natural objects and complexes nature monuments shall be authorized with the expropriation of land plots on which they are located from land owners. Expropriated territory shall be declared territory of nature monuments.
