The main tasks of the reserve shall be as follows: (a) conservation, restoration and reproduction of valuable form economic, scientific and cultural points of view wild fauna species, rare and endangered species of game animals, conservation of their habitat, migration routes, nesting sites; (b) carrying out biotechnical activities in order to create the most favorable conditions for habitat for protected wild fauna species; (c) systematic accounting and regulation of the number of game; and (d) promotion and implementation of advanced experience in the protection and reproduction of wild fauna species. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of the reserve: (a) commercial, sport and recreational hunting, fishing, catching animals, not classified as objects of hunting and fishing, other types of use of wild fauna; (b) development and plowing of land in addition to existing areas; (c) unsupervised walking, training, driving and baiting of dogs, the use of dogs for grazing livestock; (d) commercial collection of mushrooms, berries, medicinal and technical raw materials; (e) final felling of forests in protected parts of the reserve and other protected areas of the forest; (f) all kinds of logging in a 200-meter strip along the banks of waterbodies where beavers live; (g) allotment of land plots for collective gardening, truck farming and individual summer cottages, as well as for the construction of recreation centers and holiday homes; (h) carrying out irrigation and drainage, geological surveys and extraction of minerals; (i) use of pesticides, plant protection chemicals and growth stimulants, open storage of mineral fertilizers; (j) explosive works; (k) transit and parking of motor vehicles; (l) arrangement of halts, bivouacs, tourist sites, camps and other forms of collective recreation of the population, pollution and littering of the territory of the reserve; and (m) any type of economic activity, recreational and other nature management, preventing conservation, restoration and reproduction of protected wild fauna species.
