Entry into force notes: This Regional Decree enters into force on the day after publication.

Resumen: This Regional Decree, approving Decree-Law No. 81/91 of 19 February, establishes agricultural incentives to be granted to Autonomous Region of Madeira. It consists of 16 articles specifying the requirements to be satisfied for obtaining incentives in order to improve agricultural sector (granted by Regional Direction of Agriculture - 'DRA' and Institute for the Financial Support to Agriculture and Fishery - 'IFADAP'; in compliance with the aforementioned Decree-Law). It also lists responsibilities and duties of such administrations and financial assistance to be granted to reforested areas (1 hectar minimum).
