Establishments engaged in the marketing of such products shall comply with the requirements set out in Presidential Decree No. 327 of 1980 and must be registered under the veterinary service of the competent local health authority (art. 4). Article 5 concerns the authorization which is required for producing and placing on the market these types of foodstuffs. Article 6 regards labelling.
