Resumen

This Regional Act sets out provisions governing the gathering and cultivation of truffles within the Piemonte Region. It lays down rules concerning the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting such resources in the regional territory (arts. 3 and 4). Specific provisions deal with the methods that may be used for gathering truffles (arts. 6 and 7), for whihc the prior issue of an authorization is required (art. 9). Article 13 lays down penalties
