Resumen

There are hereby laid down at the regional level provisions to implement Directives 2001/42/EC, 2003/4/EC and 2003/78/EC which concern respectively the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment, public access to environmental information and the sampling methods as well as the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of patulin in foodstuffs. The objectives pursued are the sustainable development of the regional territory by ensuring at the same time a high level of environmental protection.
