It establishes a Port Inspection Expert Group for Capacity Building and Assistance to assist port State CPCs to identify their port inspection capacity needs and to identify existing capacity building programmes that may be able to provide assistance to developing CPCs, and to coordinate with the Secretariat to facilitate information exchange among these CPCs.
