These Rules enter into force immediately.
Resumen

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 25 of the Punjab Animals Feed Stuff and Compound Feed Act 2016 (VII of 2016) the Governor of the Punjab makes the following rules. These Rules, consisting of 13 Sections completed by 13 Schedules, establish Punjab Animals Feed Stuff and Compound Feed. In particular, they establish that a person desirous of establishing a feed mill to manufacture, store, supply, transport for sale and marketing of animals feed stuff shall: (a) submit an application in the Form given in Schedule I to the Feed Inspection Officer and provide all the relevant details; (b) annex with the application the receipt of the payment of a non-refundable fee of rupees 1,000 in the form of a bank draft favouring the Government. The Feed Inspection Officer, if satisfied that all the prescribed conditions have been satisfied, shall, within 30 days, issue a license for animal feed stuff in the Form given in Schedule-II. A license granted under sub-rule (2) may be renewed annually on payment of rupees 500 in the form of a bank draft favouring the Government.
