Resumen These Regulations make provisions and establish procedures for the regulation of potable water drilling. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 prohibits any person to drill for potable water unless licensed to do so and has the clearance of the Health Authority. Section 3 regards Authorization obtainment procedures. Section 4 deals with drill positioning. A new drill shall not be operated in a polluted from flood or waste area. Section 5 establishes water quality estimation parameters. Section 6 provides with three security zones around the drill and their dimensions. Section 7 regards limitations in the security areas. Section 8 regards test pumping. Section 9 lists pollution defence parameters to a drill zone. Sections 10 and 11 regard controls and operations to be done on the water such as disinfection.
