Section 1 gives general definitions. Section 2 prohibits any person to pack, handle, pass and sell food if the package contains any substance harmful to human health or the package itself contains poisonous substances. Section 3 prohibits the packaging, commercializing and selling of any alcoholic substance or liquid milk in any package that is made of or contains Polyvinyl-Chloride. Section 4 gives conditions for packaging the production. Section 5 prohibits the use of packages that can transmit to the food product Polyvinyl-Chloride-Monomer.
