Resumen

These Regulations, composed of six sections and an Annex, give definitions and make provisions for the regulation of mikotoxine contents in food in Israel. Section 1 gives general definitions. Section 2 prohibits the production for commercial purposes, the import, stock and placing in the market, of food that contains mikotoxine in the given quantity and complying with the listed food product in the Annex. Section 3 regards test procedures. Section 4 deals with procedures related to food products found inappropriate for human consumption. Sections 5 and 6 give entry into force powers and general information.
