The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Promotion and Encouragement of Renewable Sources of Energy Use and Saving of Energy Laws of 2003 and 2004. The present Law, carries forward an amendment to paragraph 3, article 7 of the principal law.
