Entry into force notes
The Order enters into force as from 1 January 1981 except for the provisions of article 7 (methods of analysis) and article 9 (sanctions) which shall enter into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Resumen

Following the issuance of Council Directives 76/118/EEC, 78/630/EEC and 79/1067/EEC on partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption, this Order aims at harmonizing the provisions of the Greek legislative frame related to this topic with the provisions of the aforementioned Directives. The designations and definitions of products subject to the provisions of this Order are set forth in article 6. Article 3 specifies the substances which shall be authorized to be added in the manufacture of the products. Article 4 lays down provisions relating to the packaging and labelling. The methods of analysis shall be based on those prescribed in Directive 79/1067/EEC (article 7). Related provisions included to the Food Code are modified by this Order (article 8).
