Entry into force from the date of its official publication.

Resumen

President decrees to establish that plenary powers of the respective state executive body envisaged by the Articles 5.2 and 6.1 of the Law on breastfeeding and infant food must be carried out by the Cabinet of Ministers; plenary powers of the respective state executive body envisaged by the Articles 12.0.1 and 12.0.2 of the Law on breastfeeding and infant food must be carried out by the Ministry of Public Health.
