Entry into force notes: This Presidential Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Resumen: The President, with a view of increase of extraction of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons, and attraction of foreign investments and advanced exploration and mining technologies, authorizes issuance of exploration and mining licenses for subsoil management (exploration and mining) for operation in South-Western Gissar and Ust-Yurt regions of Uzbekistan.
