Presidential Decree No. PP-4716 “On additional measures to support smallholders and ensuring employment of the population.” País/Territorio Uzbekistán Tipo de documento Reglamento Fecha 2020 Fuente FAO, FAOLEX Materia Agricultura y desarrollo rural Palabra clave Terrenos agrícolas Pequeños agricultores/campesinos Negocios/industria/corporaciones Empleo rural Protección social Cooperativa/organización de productores Irrigación Subvención/incentivo Área geográphica Mar Aral, Asia, Asia y Pacifico, Asia Central, CEI (Comunidad de Estados Independientes), Europa y Central Asia, Naciones en desarrollo sin litoral, Asia del Norte Resumen The President, for the purpose of organizing new and expanding existing projects in agriculture, the service sector and other sectors, creating favorable conditions for the effective and rational use of land plots by owners of household plots (smallholders), stimulating business activity and entrepreneurial initiatives of the population, as well as providing employment for socially vulnerable groups, decrees that, beginning from May 20, 2020, to establish the procedure according to which subsidies are allocated from the State Employment Promotion Fund in the following amounts: (a) on the basis of tripartite agreements concluded between the center for promoting employment of the population, supplier organizations and owners of land plots of smallholding: up to 30 times of the basic estimated value - for the installation of lightweight greenhouses; up to 10 times of the basic estimated value - for the purchase of irrigation means; up to 3 times of the basic estimated value - for the purchase of seeds and seedlings; and (b) up to 10 times of the basic estimated value - for making a contribution to the statutory fund of agricultural cooperatives. Agricultural cooperatives shall unite unemployed citizens, members of low-income families, persons who have returned from external labor migration, as well as leading entrepreneurs with experience in the direction of cooperative activities.
