Presidential Decree No. 571 on approval of Regulation of the State Service under the Ministry of Agriculture for registration of plant varieties and seed control.

This Decree defines the State Service under the Ministry of Agriculture for registration of plant varieties and seed control as an executive body carrying out expertise, testing, registration and protection of plant varieties and state control over seed growing. This Decree sets forth provisions on duties and responsibilities, areas of activity and structure of the State Service for registration of plant varieties and seed control.
