Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day it is published.
Resumen

This Decree, made by the President, amends Paragraph 5 of Article 1. The Decree states that “Within the competence of the Ministry of Economy and Industry, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the State Customs Committee and the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents Committee” shall be replaced by “the Ministry of Economy and Industry for protection of consumers’ rights, The Ministry of Health for observance of sanitary requirements, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources for observance of environmental requirements, the Ministry of Agriculture for observance of veterinary and phytosanitary requirements, the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents Committee for observance of standardization and other regulatory requirements, the State Customs Committee for custom controls”.
