Resumen This Presidential Decree, consisting of 4 articles, authorizes the Ministry of Geology, Mines and Industry, assisted by the National Concessionaire to issue mining rights related to Project LUAXE and to define the calendar and the specific rules to implement the above mentioned mining rights, according to Mining Code, approved by Law No. 30/11.
