Resumen

The President, for the purpose of the protection of national interests and ensuring implementation of international obligations of the Russian Federation originating from Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction, decrees to validate the List of pests (pathogens) of humans, animals and plants, GMOs, toxins, equipment and technologies subject to export control forwarded by the Government of the Russian Federation. Export control is not applicable to vaccines and other biological preparations destined for indication, diagnostics and medical treatment of infectious disease extracted from pests (pathogens) and toxins included in the List.
