The Director, on indication of the Board, may remove sunk or stranded vessels that constitute a risk of pollution or danger to the environment (sect. 19). Section 41 defines the liability of an owner of a vessel to pay damage to the Crown for Crown property or the environment. Accidents shall be reported pursuant to section 42.
