The overall objective of these Regulations is to protect the agricultural activities and general wellbeing of Marshall Islanders. Furthermore, these Regulations set forth procedures and principles for quarantine of animals and plants, and provisions on the appointment and powers of the inspectors, and the prohibitions for certain animals and plants.
