Every container in which a pesticide is distributed or offered for sale shall have affixed a label approved by the Pesticides Control Board indicating clearly the trade name of the pesticide, the name and address of the distributor or manufactures, the common name of the active ingredient, net contents by weight or volume, precautions in handling, directions to be approved by the Board with respect to application of the pesticide, information with respect to the interval between use and slaughter of animals, grazing or harvesting of crop, warning statements, and any other information as the Board may, in a particular case, require (reg. 4). Certain information may be ommitted from containers holding imported pesticides imported in that container (reg. 6).
