Parastatal Corporations Act (Cap. 154).

This Act concerns the establishment of parastatal corporations by the Appointing Authority, i.e. the Minister for the time being responsible for parastatal corporations. The Act also lays down rules for the operation and administration of such corporations and grants powers to the Appointing Authority to give directions to the Board of a corporation and to otherwise carry out supervisory and control functions as defined by this Act and to resolve any dispute arising among parastatal corporations.
